So this is the first Grand slam final of the year that Murray hasn't made.
Think people take for granted a bit his consistency in almost always being in the later stages .... even here he has lost a quarter final
If Tim Henman had made a US Open quarter final there would have been an open top bus tour and a Knighthood.
As a reminder Henman made no Grand Slam finals and Greg Rusedski made one.
Murray still has a Davis Cup semi final soon but apart from the end of year series at the O2 he'd be best off having a break.

Been an absolutely monster year for Murray, probably fatigued and understandably so.
Unlike raheem sterling, he has a right to he tired.

Terrible serving and the most unforced errors I've seen him make.
Kai might be happy, but I can't see him troubling the next chap as they won't play that badly.
